Overview

Position Summary:

The Senior Product Manager, Hemostasis On-Market Reagents, is responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies for the company's hemostasis reagent portfolio. This role leads product lifecycle management, commercialization, market development, competitive positioning, and revenue growth initiatives across the hemostasis business.


Working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, Technical Services, and Sales, the Senior Product Manager will drive successful product launches, accelerate market adoption, and optimize portfolio performance throughout the product lifecycle.


The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in hemostasis diagnostics and reagents, coupled with a proven track record in product marketing, commercial strategy, and sales. Experience in both marketing and customer-facing commercial roles is essential to effectively translate customer needs into innovative products and successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the on-market reagent portfolio, driving product performance, sustainment, and obsolescence planning through end-of-life
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform portfolio and product strategies.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, and market segmentation plans.
  • Lead global launch planning and execution for new hemostasis reagents.
  • Monitor product performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
  • Support key customer engagements, advisory boards, scientific meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, and Technical Services to support product development and sustainment activities.
  • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and strategic portfolio reviews.
  • Drive resolution of product-related issues and proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Serve as the market, customer, and business expert for the hemostasis reagent portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or marketing discipline, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in marketing product management positions.
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales and three years in marketing.

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $150,000 to $180,000. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.


This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
