Calling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger. We're a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Product & Technology organization. You will manage a strategic product domain end to end, from shaping the multi-year vision to delivering capabilities that move measurable change for the business and the users who use these every day.

You will sit at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technology — partnering with engineering, UX, UXR, Data science, and commercial teams, to define what gets built and why. You will translate customer problems into a clear product direction, manage a dynamic roadmap, and guide adoption and outcomes across everything you ship.

You will lead the Growth & Inspiration product domain (Homepage) across Levi.com and Levi's Mobile App, powering the first-touch experiences that promote engagement, traffic, and conversion across site and app. You will have the opportunity to define the first impression of the Levi's brand for the customer - across brand storytelling, homepage personalization, and agentic AI, delivering experiences that inspire shoppers and grow the business.

About the Job

Product Vision

  • Define and promote a compelling product vision for your domain — motivating partners, engineering partners, and teams around a clear direction and why it matters.
  • Develop a multi-year product strategy and manage a 1–2 quarter roadmap with thoughtfulness, balancing innovation with near-term delivery commitments.
  • Lead build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for your product area, defining the right sourcing approach based on our needs, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and latest technologies to inform where the product goes next.

Discovery & Delivery

  • Lead the full product development lifecycle — from discovery through launch and adoption — using prototypes, MVPs, and experimentation to test assumptions and refine direction based on user engagement.
  • Translate vision into crisp use cases, epics, requirements, and user stories. Maintain a reputation for clear product documentation.
  • Manage a dynamic product backlog — summarizing user feedback, signals, engagement data, and our priorities to make decisions, including knowing what not to build.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts of product decisions across systems, platforms, and customer or user journeys.
  • Build product launch activities including documentation, release notes, user stories, and incident summaries.

Data, Measurement & Experimentation

  • Establish OKRs aligned with partner expectations and analytics strategy. Monitor and report on goals (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
  • Define and size the growth and benefits of new product plans and enhancements to support prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Lead a structured experimentation approach — define hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and guide clear decisions on what to iterate, scale, or abandon.
  • Use data to lead with recommendations, not just observations.

Partnership & Process Change

  • Work with business and operations partners to document current-state processes, identify opportunities for transformation (not just optimization), and improve adoption of new ways of working.
  • Define experience principles and tradeoffs across platforms and channels, ensuring each plays a distinct and complementary role.
  • Apply a formal intake and prioritization discipline — evaluate ad-hoc requests against agreed OKRs and communicate prioritization decisions to partners.
  • Raise risks and lead trade-off conversations with clarity.

Vendor & Third-Party Management

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors where applicable — influence vendor roadmaps to prioritize enhancements and make principled tradeoffs between out-of-the-box and customized solutions.
  • Manage governance frameworks for platforms, CMS, or tooling within your domain to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.

AI & Innovation

  • Apply working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and agentic product patterns (e.g., copilots, recommendations, automation agents) to identify and deliver AI-enabled features and use cases.
  • Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering teams to define product requirements for AI-powered experiences, including measurable success criteria.

Team & Craft

  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to department-wide product standards, sharing better ways of working.
  • Champion a culture of fan/user obsession — ground decisions in understanding of user intent, behavior, and feedback.
  • Participate in QBRs, MPRs, and ongoing partner syncs to share outcomes, surface insights, and adapt priorities.

About You

  • Location: Remote US only, Full time
  • Bachelor's degree in product management, business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience managing both new-build products and third-party platform integrations.
  • A product builder at heart: from discovery through adoption, with a reputation for clear documentation of user journeys, epics, and requirements.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform product development.
  • Track record in product discovery and rallying teams to achieve OKRs.
  • Experience defining and leading experimentation programs with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning frameworks.
  • Experience making difficult prioritization decisions and communicating tradeoffs to senior partners.
  • Experience influencing vendor partners without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML product patterns and ability to translate user needs into AI-enabled features.
  • Curious about the industry — you follow what peers are doing, track new technologies, and bring ideas back to the team.
  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners and collaborator who can tailor their approach across engineering, design, business, and executive audiences.
