Job Description:

Position Summary:

DTN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within our Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product innovation, modernization, and go-to-market success by aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS product management experience, deep domain expertise in supply chain or data analytics, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Develop and execute data-driven product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and portfolio planning.
  • Lead portfolio modernization initiatives, driving adoption of enterprise solutions and enhancing product offerings.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, incorporating input from internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, adoption strategies, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.

What You Will Bring to the Position:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product management, market dynamics, and customer-driven product strategy.
  • Experience in supply chain, fuels, or data analytics domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, growth, and profitability.
  • Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning methodologies.

Compensation:

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $130,000 and $168,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
