Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building innovative, competitive solutions that solve real customer problems and drive business results. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow product managers, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services teams to shape and deliver best-in-class product experiences.
You’ll be responsible for engaging directly with customers and sales people, and researching and analyzing the market and competitors, to identify and evaluate opportunities for new solutions across a range of different industries. You will gather and prioritize product ideas, maintain strategic roadmaps, and define requirements and features. You will work with our engineering and configuration teams to rapidly prototype the solutions and validate and iterate on those prototypes with customers and sales.
The ideal candidate is a market-focused, collaborative product manager with strong discovery and research skills, strategic thinking, and UX design instincts, with proven experience defining new products and delivering great user experiences in B2B software categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
- Take ownership across the full product lifecycle — shaping strategy, engaging with customers, driving execution, and delivering products that lead the market.
Market and Customer Insights
- Develop deep knowledge in your assigned markets by understanding real-world use cases and compelling problems to solve, staying ahead of trends, technologies, and competitors to inform product strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, purchasing drivers and competitive positioning.
- Engage directly with users to gather feedback, uncover needs and pain points, and surface new opportunities for innovation, and iterate on the solutions you develop.
Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution
- Translate insights into clear, actionable product roadmaps that drive business value.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, the solution configuration team and engineering to bring the roadmap to life through rapid configuration and feature development.
- Monitor product performance, customer experience metrics, and financial outcomes to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Go-to-Market
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to close product gaps, validate pricing, and help develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Configuration and Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with global configuration teams to implement next-generation solutions that meet client needs and reflect product strategy.
- Develop and maintain subject matter knowledge across relevant domains to support holistic, system-level solution design.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, product design, or product analysis, ideally across a range of industries
- Proven success leading a software product or project through its full lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software use case and industry contexts
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and usability best practices
- Experience defining and delivering SaaS-based product solutions in a B2B context
- Proficiency in market analysis, pricing strategies, and business modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience (or 8+ years of relevant software experience)
- Hands-on experience working in Agile software development environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis, emergency, incident, or risk management domains
- Background in user-centered design, UX research, or graphic design
- Knowledge of software pricing models and go-to-market strategy development
