The Nucleus team is on a mission to help organizations prevent breaches by automating risk-based vulnerability and exposure management at scale. Our products help some of the world’s largest companies, government organizations, and MSSPs solve real problems with the ever-increasing scope and complexity of managing vulnerabilities. Our approach is market-proven in a dynamic space that is growing every day, and we are excited to expand our team so we can make our full vision a reality.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for a key area of our product focus: Our Federal customers. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding company experiencing rapid growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ Federal business and associated functionality, including GRC features, self-hosted deployment, agency-specific capabilities, and associated products

  • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends

  • Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time

  • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems

  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in product management for a technology company

  • Experience working with US Federal agencies and commercial entities doing business with the Federal government as customers and stakeholders

  • Ownership experience of B2B SaaS and on-prem products

  • Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills

  • Comfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones

  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks

  • Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of customers

  • Experience in development of products related to security or GRC is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity

  • Experience with products integrating native generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)

  • Experience shipping products within the context of a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC

Why You Should Be Excited

  • Work on a truly unique solution that’s defining a market and making an actual impact.

  • Get in on the ground-floor of a financially secure ‘scale-up’ with a rapidly expanding enterprise and government customer base.

  • We’re biased, but: Work with one of the best teams in security. We have a lot to get done and we work extremely hard, but we also laugh and have fun in the process.

  • Outstanding benefits - flexible work hours, fully remote, unlimited PTO, 401k company contribution, generous education and training budget, 100% company-paid healthcare…and that’s just a start.
