What we’re looking for 

In order to help us accomplish our mission, we are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for some of Puzzle’s most ambitious advanced accounting features. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that position us as the leading core accounting solution, in a competitive space with decades old incumbents.

What you’ll Do

  • Craft and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with Puzzle's mission and business objectives, focusing on our core accounting features.

  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive the successful delivery of high-impact features and improvements.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Puzzle's functional partners, understanding their needs and incorporating partner feedback into product development.

  • Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape within the accounting and fintech industries to ensure Puzzle's solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product usability.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product releases.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience; with demonstrated success in Fintech products and/or B2B SaaS platforms.

  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products, from conception to delivery.

  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a strong bias for action, rapid iteration mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Technical proficiency in accounting or finance systems, with a deep understanding of financial workflows and principles.

  • CPA certification is welcome but not required. 

  • Experience in high growth startups preferred.
