About Fetch:

At Fetch, we’re dedicated to helping pets live their healthiest and happiest lives. Our comprehensive insurance coverage is designed with modern pet parents in mind, and we’re proud to support the veterinary, shelter, and breeder communities. We believe in ensuring pets receive the best care possible and are committed to making that vision a reality every day.

Fetch is a high-growth Warburg Pincus portfolio company with an expanding team of over 350 pet-loving employees working together to shape the future of pet health and wellness.

About the industry:

The pet insurance industry is more important than ever, offering peace of mind and financial protection for pet owners. The sector is expanding quickly, fueled by growing awareness of the need for accessible, high-quality veterinary care. With advances in veterinary medicine, pets now have access to the most effective treatments available, making pet insurance an essential component of modern pet care.

About The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager for a 4–6 month contract to drive the product strategy for our newly established Broker Partnership channel. This is a high-visibility role with significant executive focus. Your mission is to build the "Broker Toolkit"— a suite of products including an internal broker portal, performance dashboards, and optimized quoting flows — designed to drive New Business (NBs).
You will act as the bridge between our internal Partnership team and the engineering organization, serving as a strategic partner to the Senior Director of Product. You aren't just a "feature taker"; you are a critical thinker who ensures we are building the right tools to solve the right problems.

Location:
  • This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the short-to-medium-term roadmap for the broker channel, while contributing to the long-term vision for the platform.
  • Broker Enablement: Own the development of our internally built broker portal, focusing on providing brokers with the data and insights they need to identify sales inefficiencies and drive performance.
  • Stakeholder Management & "Push Back": Work closely with the Partnership team to intake requests, while critically evaluating them against business goals and technical feasibility. You will be responsible for managing expectations and maintaining a disciplined product scope.
  • Product Discovery: Translate the needs of insurance professionals into functional product requirements for quoting flows and dashboards.
  • Technical Literacy: Assess the "size of the prize" vs. "cost of the build." While you don't need to read API specs, you should be able to intuitively gauge if a request is a small, medium, or large lift for the engineering team.
  • Drive Growth: Focus all product efforts on the primary North Star metric: New Business (NB) growth.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5–7+ years in Product Management, ideally with a strong background in B2B, SaaS, or Insurtech.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience building professional portals, dashboards, or sales enablement tools. You understand how a professional user interacts with data to improve their own sales process.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners. You are comfortable saying "no" (or "not now") and can back it up with sound product reasoning.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with performance numbers and can turn raw data into actionable insights for our broker partners.
  • Autonomy: As a contractor in a high-growth environment, you are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and begin contributing on day one.
Why Join Fetch:
  • Be part of a mission-driven company that values creativity, innovation, transparency, and collaboration
  • When in office, enjoy complimentary lunch daily, and pets are always welcome
  • Join a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive
Compensation:
  • This is a 4–6 month contract role with a monthly compensation range of $14,000–$15,000, depending on experience. The annualized equivalent range ($168,000–$180,000) is reflected in the system for posting purposes only.

Pay Range
$168,000$180,000 USD
