Own core publishing products including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Identify opportunities, define product vision and strategy, prioritize work, partner with engineering and design, ship major initiatives, measure outcomes, and improve content creation experiences for hundreds of thousands of creators. Kit is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our builders team, which owns the core publishing platform for creators - how they create email templates, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites, and more. You’ll help enable creators to make and send high-impact, visually appealing, on-brand, and delightful content at scale. This is the core of our business - every creator's journey with Kit starts with building something, and we want that experience to be fast, flexible, and delightful.

You'll own key product surfaces end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping products that touch hundreds of thousands of Creators and more than a billion subscribers.

This is a full-time senior IC role ideal for someone who thrives on creating high quality products, aligning the company on a broader vision and strategy, measuring impact, and is excited to shape how Kit shows up in the world - literally, in every email, page, and form a creator publishes.

Your support system

You'll report to Katie Swett Miller, our Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams. You'll partner across functions to ensure alignment between product experiences and go-to-market efforts, while having access to a peer group of Product Managers across Kit for support and mentorship.

What you'll do
  • First Week: Dive into Kit's product ecosystem, the Builders surfaces (email editor, landing pages, forms, newsletter site), and current tooling for measuring content quality and creator output. Attend Get-To-Know-You (GTKY) meetings with cross-functional partners. Get access and learn key tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Omni, and our design/prototyping stack.

  • First Month: Build rituals. Dive into the products. Meet with a customer. Have shipped your first feature, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing closely.

  • First Six Months: Have an established POV on how we win in the industry. What success looks like for the team and the product space. And have engineers and the broader company understanding progress towards those goals.

  • First Year: Led major initiatives from conception through to successful launch. Impacted customers and the business.

Kit is an equal opportunity employer

We value diversity in all of its forms. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply.

We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.

Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
