About Argyle

Argyle is a fast-growing, remote-first, Series C startup solving a consumer data problem.

For decades, financial service providers and other businesses have collected and verified consumer income, employment, and asset data the same way: by hand or via verification databases. These methods are expensive, slow, high friction, and unreliable — making experiences like applying for a mortgage, completing a background check, or verifying eligibility unnecessarily painful.

Argyle changes that.

We’re the leading provider of direct-source, consumer-permissioned income, employment, and asset verifications, helping businesses automate workflows, reduce friction, lower costs, and build better consumer experiences.

Named one of America’s Best Startup Employers of 2025 by Forbes, Argyle powers workflows across mortgage, government benefits, tenant screening, personal lending, background checks, and the gig economy.

Founded in 2018, Argyle is backed by investors including Bain Capital Ventures, Checkr, Mastercard, Rockefeller Asset Management, and SignalFire.

About the team

Some of Argyle’s most important product experiences don’t happen inside Argyle. They happen inside the systems our clients already use.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of strategic client-facing products and integrations across mortgage workflows, POS/LOS systems, and other partner ecosystems.

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Partnerships, Customer Success, and enterprise clients to solve messy workflow problems, make complex systems feel simple, and shape how Argyle shows up in critical financial workflows.

This role is for someone who enjoys hard problems, ambiguity, technical products, and meaningful ownership.

What You’ll Do
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for client-facing products, integrations, and ecosystem experiences
  • Build products across mortgage LOS/POS platforms (e.g., Encompass, nCino), partner integrations, and client-facing APIs
  • Own launches end-to-end — from discovery and requirements through rollout, adoption, and iteration
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, scalable, high-quality experiences
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive implementation, adoption, and customer outcomes
  • Turn customer and partner feedback into scalable product decisions — balancing customer needs with long-term platform thinking
  • Make thoughtful tradeoffs across usability, technical constraints, scalability, and business impact
  • Use data, customer insights, and product judgment to prioritize effectively and drive measurable outcomes
What Success Looks Like
  • Argyle becomes easier to adopt, implement, and operate inside customer workflows and partner systems
  • Mortgage and ecosystem integrations feel intuitive, scalable, and reliable — even in complex enterprise environments
  • Enterprise customers feel heard, while product decisions remain scalable rather than custom-built for one client
  • Cross-functional teams feel clarity and momentum around priorities, rollout plans, and tradeoffs
  • You proactively identify workflow friction, product gaps, and opportunities before they become customer escalations
  • Your work measurably improves adoption, usability, implementation success, customer satisfaction, and business impact
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, APIs, enterprise software, or workflow-heavy products
  • Strong product judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity, technical complexity, and tradeoffs
  • Experience building integrations, APIs, enterprise workflows, or partner-facing products
  • Ability to move from strategy → execution — turning messy problems into shipped products
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with enterprise customers and translating feedback into scalable product decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and external partners
  • AI-native — actively using AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, and decision-making
Why Argyle?

At Argyle, you’ll work on products that power real-world financial decisions and sit inside critical customer workflows.

You’ll join a remote-first, globally distributed team with meaningful ownership, competitive compensation and equity, flexible time off, and smart, ambitious teammates who care deeply about building excellent products — without ego.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working across disciplines, and building products with visible business impact, we’d love to meet you.
