We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product, Client Growth, who can lead strategic projects and develop an exciting new area of our product. You have experience building product experiences that people love and are passionate about improving healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for both existing and yet-to-be-developed products and features.
  • Work with design, engineering, data science, client success, general management, sales, and other partners to prioritize features and ship products across the full product lifecycle from idea, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch and beyond.
  • Understand user/client needs using both quantitative and qualitative tactics.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to design and prioritize solutions that simultaneously address member problems, increase healthcare access, and reduce costs for members and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience delivering high-impact products throughout the lifecycle.
  • 5+ years experience working with engineering, design, and data science teams developing software products and technologies.
  • Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data and experience defining and measuring product metrics.
  • You have deep empathy for end-users, and keep them and their needs at the center of the product.
  • You have a solid understanding of the technical foundations of internet and mobile products that enables you to communicate with and earn the trust of engineering partners.
  • You have a strong point of view about what makes products great, informed by research, product sense, and understanding of the business.
  • You have experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences both internally and externally.
  • You excel with collaborative projects that involve all levels of an organization.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: $128,130 - $180,990 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $140,943 - $199,089 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $153,756 - $217,188 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $166,569 - $235,287 + equity + benefits

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to receiving a competitive base salary, the compensation package may include, depending on the role, the following: 

Remote-first culture
