- Advance Blockchain Interoperability: Lead initiatives to expand Paxos’ multi-chain capabilities and enable seamless integrations with emerging blockchain protocols and ecosystems.
- Empower Institutions on Blockchain: Collaborate with some of the world’s largest financial institutions to deliver APIs, platforms, and toolkits for secure, scalable, and regulated blockchain adoption.
- Define Security & Compliance Standards: Partner with compliance and engineering to create and maintain industry-leading practices for blockchain security, transparency, and regulatory alignment.

What You'll Do
- Own the Blockchain Product Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategy for Paxos’ blockchain solutions, from protocol integrations and infrastructure enhancements to on-chain settlement and governance features.
- Champion Developer and User Experience: Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their technical needs and deliver blockchain solutions that drive adoption.
- Optimize Protocol Performance: Use analytics and hands-on research to improve on-chain transaction throughput, scalability, and cost efficiency at massive, global scale
- Innovate Relentlessly: Spearhead breakthrough projects in cryptography, DeFi, and blockchain interoperability—continuously evaluating new protocols, consensus mechanisms, and emerging industry standards.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Align engineering, compliance, and commercial efforts to accelerate blockchain product launches and shape our platform’s regulatory edge.
- Multi-Chain Impact: Your contributions will define how major assets–from stablecoins to tokenized equities–move across blockchains at scale.

- 6-8 years of Product Management experience, including delivering complex technical products—preferably in blockchain, crypto, fintech, or infrastructure domains.

- Technical Fluency: Deep comfort with blockchain protocols, smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2s), cryptography, and APIs.
