About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a core role in building Hello Heart’s next generation of products across multiple business domains. As part of a rapidly growing product organization, you will help shape new product lines, expand into new markets, and drive meaningful business outcomes in a high-velocity, high-impact environment.

Hello Heart operates in a B2B2C model we sell to enterprises, but at the end of the day, the product you build is a consumer product used by real people to manage their health. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with impact, deeply curious about user behavior, and motivated by creating products that deliver both business value and meaningful real-world outcomes.

This role emphasizes business thinking, commercial impact, and strong cross-functional partnership. You’ll work closely with GTM teams to identify product opportunities and validate market needs. Then, you’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data to translate those opportunities into scalable, high-quality products that deliver real customer value and measurable business results.

If you thrive in ambiguity, love turning insights into scalable products, and want to help build a product organization focused on ownership, business outcomes, and fast execution not just feature delivery, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and opportunity sizing to launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Translate business goals into product opportunities with clear KPIs and hypotheses.
  • Make data-driven prioritization decisions that maximize business impact without compromising user value.
  • Partner closely with GTM teams to understand customer needs, improve win rates, and support commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-quality products that solve meaningful problems.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use data to guide prioritization and direction.
  • Drive discussions around pricing, packaging, and product positioning with cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and insights to executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • Take strong ownership in a fast-moving environment—helping to establish best practices and shape a rapidly growing product organization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology companies, ideally with experience in B2B2C environments.
  • Strong business orientation with a proven track record of driving commercial impact, revenue, or customer outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with comfort in data-driven decision-making and ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities; able to articulate product value and align teams around a shared vision.
  • History of taking ownership and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Passion for building products that improve people’s health and create measurable value at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 to $190,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
