We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
We are seeking an impact-driven Senior Product Manager to join a newly formed team within BigBrain dedicated to enhancing employees through innovative AI solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be impact-driven, strategic, curious, highly analytical, and business savvy. This role involves leading and growing the Internal AI solutions team within Bigbrain, helping to shape and drive the best direction for our product roadmap, and advancing our suite of tools built to empower our marketing, sales, product, and customer experience organizations.
We are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about AI, enjoys learning, building 0-1 products, leading people through data, and has a strong product management background—someone who thrives in dynamic environments knows how to connect with various stakeholders, and leads without authority.
