Lead the development of AI-powered features for Peach's loan management platform, working closely with engineering and compliance teams to ensure effective integration and performance. Manage vendor partnerships and drive product strategy for enhanced operational efficiency.
About Peach
Peach is a modern loan management and servicing platform empowering lenders to launch and scale new lending programs faster. We provide a fully integrated, configurable system of record with API-first architecture, enabling lenders to bring products to market quickly while maintaining full compliance and operational efficiency.
We already use AI to enhance our platform — and are now expanding those capabilities significantly. Our goal is to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, compliance accuracy, and borrower experiences, through a mix of in-house development and strategic partnerships with best-in-class providers.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-powered features at Peach. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on building and scaling AI capabilities within servicing, collections, and compliance workflows. You’ll define product strategy, lead execution, and help shape how AI is applied across the Peach platform.
You’ll work closely with engineering, data, operations, legal, compliance, and external AI vendors to deliver impactful, production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI product roadmap across servicing, collections, and compliance, driving from vision through execution.
- Translate operational workflows and lender pain points into clear AI feature requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, operations, legal/compliance) to design, build, and ship AI features.
- Evaluate and integrate with third-party AI providers; own partner selection, pricing, integration strategy, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory, audit, and explainability standards.
- Instrument AI features for performance measurement (accuracy, deflection, compliance rates, etc.) and drive continuous iteration.
- Act as the internal evangelist for AI capabilities, providing product expertise to operations, customer success, and clients.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and vendor landscape to inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, credit, payments, or similar regulated domains.
- Proven experience building or launching AI-powered products, ideally involving Agentic AI, NLP, chat/voice automation, or compliance tools.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and shipping in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills (SQL fluency, experimentation, metrics definition).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Comfort balancing strategic vendor partnerships with hands-on product development.
- Obsession for operational detail, scalability, and compliance.
Nice to have
- Understanding of lending servicing or collections workflows.
- Prior engineering or data experience.
