About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the definition and delivery of high-impact product initiatives at the intersection of AI, data intelligence, and enterprise-scale supply chain risk management. You will play a critical role in translating complex technical concepts into strategic outcomes, owning key parts of the product roadmap from ideation through execution.
You’ll collaborate deeply with engineering, data science, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to drive alignment and deliver value across the platform. Your work will span critical domains including AI/LLM-powered capabilities, compliance automation, and predictive analytics—shaping intelligent, scalable solutions that solve real-world problems for global enterprises.
This role is ideal for a product manager who thrives in technical domains, excels at cross-functional execution, and is passionate about building AI-native solutions that create measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
Product Execution and Roadmapping
- Drive execution of roadmap initiatives from ideation through delivery—ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate user needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
- Manage day-to-day product development activities—sprint planning, backlog grooming, and trade-off decisions.
Customer-Centered Innovation
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure we’re solving real problems.
- Contribute to product discovery efforts and work with design and research teams to test hypotheses and prioritize features.
- Stay informed on customer use cases, pain points, and industry trends to identify areas of opportunity.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and GTM teams—ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Deliver clear product documentation, release plans, and stakeholder updates.
- Elevate product quality by focusing on usability, edge cases, and customer experience.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of technical product management experience working with shipped SaaS products, including 2+ years in an AI-driven environment
- Experience working with products with AI/LLM-powered applications or agentic architecture
- Experience building and scaling AI-native organizations
- Experience with enterprise customers and long-cycle B2B environments
- Experience with supply chain, compliance, risk, or predictive analytics platform strongly preferred
- Prove ability to manage complex feature sets and cross-functional execution
- Demonstrated ability to relentlessly prioritize
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and cross-border stakeholders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership
