You will focus on the following:

  • Create a customer-focused digital experience integrating design, testing, and validation.
  • Design systems and pipelines to standardize, analyze, and improve production processes.
  • Use AI, including Generative AI, to automate design and engineering tasks.
  • Partner with solution providers to identify and implement tech solutions.

What you get to do

  • Work with engineering, UX/UI, and sales teams to launch innovative products.
  • Align embedded system design with business goals and market trends.
  • Provide expertise in AI for design automation and process optimization.
  • Build processes and tools that enable Re:Build's growth without losing efficiency.
  • Define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve products.
  • Drive innovation by applying emerging digital technologies to system design.
  • Support internal training on Industry 4.0 technologies and standard methodologies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for successful product launches.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life for optimal performance.

What you bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent, with an MBA and master’s degree in engineering strongly preferred.
  • Validated experience as a Product Manager and launching and scaling new products.
  • Experience with Business Processes, Manufacturing, Engineering Design, CAE/CAD, generative AI, machine learning, or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering design workflows, process mapping, design standards, and certification standards.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence multi-functional teams and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, with a passion for innovation, customer success, and driving growth in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Will require up to 30% travel
