As a Senior Product Manager you will be part of the product team focused on creating solutions that provide ServiceNow with a competitive advantage in platform and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in driving the roadmap, having a point of view for the future of our products, aligning that vision to the greater company strategy. You must build strong partnerships with development and design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we embark into uncharted territory. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,700 - $239,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

- Strategic Planning: Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs.
- Innovation & Insight: Stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies. Offer thoughtful, research-based recommendations to product leadership.
- Solution Development: Rapidly design and prototype technical solutions using a range of AI frameworks.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner across diverse, cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, and AI research-to co-develop and launch innovative PoCs (proof of concepts).
- Communicate & Iterate: Clearly present PoC solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Gather feedback with openness and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to co-create solutions. Understand their goals, challenges, and needs to ensure effective and adaptive outcomes, with a focus on agentic systems.
- Measurement & Learning: Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics (KPIs), design processes for tracking them, and document outcomes to inform future efforts.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years of software product management experience is a MUST.
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities.
- Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
