Senior Product Manager - Agentic Trading

As a Senior Product Manager on Phantom's Agentic Trading team, you'll define how autonomous agents discover and execute trades on behalf of millions of users — helping them capture opportunities 24/7 without needing to be present. You'll own products across both consumer and developer surfaces, shaping what it means for agents to be first-class participants in crypto.

• Set and promote the product vision for agentic trading, aligning it with Phantom’s business goals.

• Own consumer-facing features that help users capture value through autonomous agents

• Own AI developer products (e.g. MCP Server, CLI), ensuring a cohesive experience between external surfaces and Phantom’s consumer app.

• Define business requirements and work with technical teams to design and ship secure agentic capabilities — including agent permissions, trade execution, user consent flows, and audit trails.

• Gather insights from power users, market trends, and the fast-moving AI landscape to identify gaps and refine strategy.

• Lead products from discovery through delivery, shipping fast to learn from real usage.

• Drive outcomes across team boundaries, working across engineering, design, legal, and security to ensure the end-to-end experience is complete.

• 3+ years experience as a full-time Product Manager or former founder

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and shipping to users

• Deep personal experience with crypto and DeFi trading. Comfortable reasoning about order execution, risk, and market mechanics

• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex integrations around APIs, agents, and automation

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Comfort operating in ambiguity. This is a new team in a fast-moving space where you'll be defining the playbook

• Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience launching a 0-to-1 product or standing up a new team

  • Experience building developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, CLIs) alongside consumer products
