About the Role:

CrowdStrike's AI Detection and Response (AIDR) product line is at the forefront of securing enterprise AI. As organizations deploy increasingly autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows, they face entirely new security challenges. AIDR is building the comprehensive security platform for this emerging threat landscape. Join us in defining what agentic security means and building the products that will protect the next generation of AI systems.

We're seeking a visionary Product Manager to define and build the future of Agentic Security. This is a ground-floor opportunity to create an entirely new product category at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. You'll be responsible for building a comprehensive vision for securing AI agents, autonomous systems, and agentic workflows across enterprise environments utilizing various capabilities within the CrowdStrike product line.

This role requires equal parts strategic vision and tactical execution. You'll research emerging technologies, define long-term product strategy, and deliver capabilities that address critical customer security needs. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something entirely new.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations.

    • Monitoring and observability of agentic workflows and autonomous operations

    • Security controls and guardrails for AI agent behavior

    • Identity, access, and authorization frameworks for autonomous AI systems and agents

    • Risk assessment and behavioral analytics for agent activities

  • Develop multi-year roadmap balancing innovation with practical customer needs

  • Research emerging agentic AI technologies and translate into product requirements

  • Position agentic security capabilities in the market and with industry analysts

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging technology domains

  • Strong understanding of AI agents, large language models, and autonomous AI systems

  • Technical background with ability to understand complex AI architectures and security implications

  • Experience building products in ambiguous, fast-moving technology environments

  • Proven ability to define product vision and translate into executable roadmaps

  • Track record of working effectively with engineering teams on novel technical challenges

  • Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate emerging technologies and market trends

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Bonus Points:

  • Technical expertise in AI security, application security, and identity and access management

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks, autonomous systems, and AI orchestration platforms

  • Understanding of LLM security challenges and AI-specific attack vectors

  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI, or model risk management

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
