The Position:
GameChanger is a product-driven business where your decisions and contributions will impact millions of youth athletes, coaches, and their fans. As a Senior Product Manager for the Advertising team, you will use data and experimentation to grow our new advertising products in a way that balances the needs of our users and the business. You will report to one of our Director of Product.
What You'll Do:
Advertising strategy: Work closely with our Director of Advertising to define a product strategy for GameChanger's advertising products that meets our business objectives and improves our customers' ROAS.
Advertising roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features to support new placements, targeting, attribution, and reporting based on customer feedback, market analysis, and competitor research.
Product development: Work inside a cross-functional product team with your engineering, design, and marketing counterparts to deliver new advertising products and product enhancements.
Metrics and analytics: Define key results and performance indicators to measure product performance and guide future work.
Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers, designers, marketers, and data analysts.
Who You Are:
5+ years experience in product managing technology products, with a focus on mobile ad products.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large scale projects; achievement of product growth objectives.
You have a solid understanding of the digital ad serving, programmatic, and measurement technology ecosystem and a knowledge of what makes for a best in class user advertising experience.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. You should have the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to engineering and non-engineer audiences.
Must possess strong SQL skills and be comfortable with self-service data analysis to support decision-making in a product growth context.
Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to inform data-driven decisions and optimize product growth.

The target salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
