Reporting to the Director of Account Marketing, this role is essential in executing and operationalizing marketing strategies for organized oncology accounts. The Account Marketing Initiatives lead will ensure efficient implementation of personalized account engagement strategies and support the deployment of tailored account-level solutions for upcoming launches. This role requires strong operational expertise, exceptional analytical skills and collaborative working style to optimize marketing execution across GPOs and organized accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Divisional General Managers in implementing marketing initiatives for organized oncology accounts (GPOs, aggregators, and integrated delivery networks)

  • Manage day-to-day account marketing operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account-specific programs 

  • Coordinate and track marketing metrics across different accounts, providing regular performance updates and analytics to optimize account-specific programs 

  • Support deployment of account-level custom solutions to mitigate adoption and access barriers to drive current business and for upcoming launches

  • Support the development and maintenance of account-specific marketing materials and resources, ensuring compliance and timely delivery

  • Manage operational aspects of OOA-related marketing with key stakeholder organizations (NCODA, COA, OncCare alliance, McKesson, Cardinal, etc.)

  • Support the evaluation and optimization of marketing tactics effectiveness across organized accounts

  • Proactively analyze data to identify new opportunities for access optimization and demand generation.

  • Work with Go To Market Capabilities (GTMC) teams to adapt CRM and downstream field reporting to support measurement and management of key account initiatives and KPIs.

About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, marketing, or life sciences preferred

  • 5-7 years of marketing, analytics, marketing analytics or marketing operations experience; oncology experience preferred

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities

  • Proficiency in marketing operations tools and technologies

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this position is:

$122,250.00 - $176,583.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
