Since our founding in 2023, we have formed partnerships with leading healthcare organizations and are on track to serve hundreds of thousands of patients on our platform within the next year. We have raised over $35M from a16z and other top-tier VC firms, and on pace to 5x revenue this year.

Our small team combines deep expertise in medicine (Harvard, Mt. Sinai, Mass. General) and technology (Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, MIT) — and we’re looking for exceptional people to join us at this inflection point.

We’re looking for an experienced senior-level Product Designer with exceptional craft and a deep curiosity for how clinicians and patients interact. You’ll shape the end-to-end experience across both provider and patient journeys—streamlining clinical workflows, refining consumer touch points, and defining the visual and interaction standards that guide our product. You’ll contribute to both our provider-facing EHR (a data-dense desktop app) and our mobile-first consumer experience.

• Develop a deep understanding of both clinical & patient needs

• Lead the design of our AI-powered clinical platform

• Own the cross platform experience in areas where clinicians & patients interact

• Leverage cutting edge tools to quickly prototype and iterate on innovative 0→1 experiences

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, driving design decisions with data

• 5+ years of consumer-focused product design experience

• Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)

• Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working autonomously to take ownership of broad initiatives

• You have worked in early-stage startups or high-growth, dynamic environments

• You are integrating AI into your design processes in creative ways

• You are passionate about craft and hold a high bar for visual design
