As a Senior Product Designer, you'll manage the product design process from discovery to delivery, champion user-centered design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable interfaces. You will also prototype, test, and evolve the design system while staying current with industry trends.
About Us:
Verifiable is a credentialing and network monitoring platform built to help healthcare organizations optimize operations with error-free, fast verifications and to stay compliant with ease. We are an official Salesforce vendor, winning the 2024 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award, and also were named to Inc. 5000 2025, the most prestigious ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies. We work with leading healthcare organizations such as Humana Dental, Zelis, Talkspace, Headway, Empower Pharmacy, and many others.
Introduction:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help build the future of healthcare credentialing—simplifying complex workflows and creating intuitive experiences across our B2B SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who likes to move fast, take ownership, and cares about outcomes—not just deliverables.
In this role, you’ll proactively uncover opportunities where design can add value, iterate quickly, and help shape how our products evolve. You’ll work across multiple product teams, leading design efforts, bringing clarity to complex problems, and ensuring your solutions deliver meaningful impact.
Reporting to: Head of Product Design
We are a fully remote company hiring in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
Responsibilities
- Own the product design process — from discovery to delivery. Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ship impactful experiences across product teams.
- Drive clarity and alignment in a fast-changing environment. Navigate ambiguity with confidence, identifying where design can bring focus and unlock progress.
- Champion user-centered design. Conduct research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable design decisions that balance user needs and business goals.
- Design elegant, scalable interfaces that make complex workflows intuitive. Build and refine patterns across our custom web and Salesforce applications to maintain consistency and usability.
- Collaborate deeply. Join discussions early, influence product direction, and bring a systems-thinking approach to cross-team challenges.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system. Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across all products.
- Prototype and test quickly. Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and teammates to iterate and validate concepts.
- Leverage AI and modern design tools to enhance speed, insight, and creativity throughout your process.
- Stay Current. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and other emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- A portfolio showcasing strong interaction design, visual craft, and problem-solving across end-to-end product experiences.
- Experience working across multiple teams or product areas, managing priorities and communicating tradeoffs effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership — you see problems through to impact, not just handoff.
- Fluency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance your design process and accelerate iteration.
- Deep understanding of systems thinking — building and leveraging patterns to standardize experiences. Bonus for experience designing for Salesforce applications.
- Comfortable understanding APIs and technical constraints, collaborating closely with engineers to find effective, scalable solutions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you can navigate evolving priorities and find focus without waiting for perfect requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to partner seamlessly with product, engineering, and leadership.
- Strong appreciation for data and metrics, using them to inform decisions and measure design success.
- Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
- A humble, team-oriented mindset and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
