What You'll Do
- Own design for a major product area, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver key features
- Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces that help customers achieve their goals with confidence
- Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and documentation that guide implementation
- Validate design decisions through user research, usability testing, and analytics
- Collaborate with and contribute to Klaviyo's design system and visual language
- Present your work to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve product usability, accessibility, and cohesion
- Partner with content designers, researchers, and data scientists to enhance the overall experience
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience designing software products, with at least 5 years in a dedicated product design role
- Experience leading end-to-end design efforts for complex B2B or SaaS products
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a modern aesthetic and attention to craft
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve real customer problems and drive business results
- Deep user empathy and experience conducting or collaborating on qualitative and quantitative research
- Excellent communication skills, especially written-able to clearly express your design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity
- A systems thinker who balances detail with big-picture design strategy
