About the role
We're seeking a talented UI Designer to join our growing team and help shape the visual identity and user experience of our B2B payment platform. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable design solutions that solve complex payment challenges for our enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Design exceptional user interfaces for our B2B payment platform, ensuring seamless experiences across web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain a cohesive visual design language that aligns with Finix's brand and product strategy
- Develop custom illustrations, iconography, and visual assets that enhance the overall user experience
- Design and implement micro-interactions and animations that improve usability and delight users
- Build and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business requirements and technical constraints
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of UI design experience with a strong focus on B2B applications and enterprise software
- Outstanding visual design skills with expertise in creating illustrations, iconography, and maintaining a unified design language that delivers exceptional visual design aligned with product strategy and goals
- Expert knowledge in UI patterns, graphic design principles, responsive design, and system design standards to create cohesive and adaptable interfaces across devices and screen sizes
- Proven ability to design and implement micro-interactions and animations that enhance visual experience and interface usability
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple products
- Strong execution skills with the ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative, fast-paced, agile environment
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, After Effects, and other industry-standard software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Understanding of front-end development principles and design handoff processes
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product design challenges and solutions
