Position: Full-time Senior Product Designer
Location: United States (must be based in the U.S.)
Salary: $120k–$200k
Equity: 0.05%–0.25%

Make optimal health humanity’s new baseline.

The Role

We’re looking for a product designer who can execute across product UI, marketing pages, and brand visuals.

This role sits at the intersection of UI/UX and visual design. You should be comfortable designing mobile app screens, building website layouts that work across breakpoints, and creating clean visual assets when needed.

You’ll work closely with our design lead to ship high-quality work across the product and website.

What You’ll Do
  • Design mobile app interfaces and product flows in Figma

  • Design marketing and landing pages for the website with responsive layouts

  • Contribute to and maintain component-based design systems in Figma

  • Design intuitive, polished interfaces that make complex health data easy to understand

  • Work closely with engineering to ensure designs translate well in production

  • Occasionally design supporting visual assets or graphics when needed

Requirements
  • Based permanently in the United States

  • Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio showing mobile or web product work

  • Expert in Figma, especially:

    • Auto Layout

    • Components and variants

    • Design systems

  • Experience designing responsive web layouts (breakpoints, grid systems)

  • Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy)

  • Working knowledge of:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Adobe Lightroom (basic familiarity is fine)

  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and shipping real products

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing both product interfaces and marketing sites

  • Familiarity with Framer

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for inspecting layouts or communicating with engineers

  • Background in agency or fast-moving startup environments
