🚀 What’s the opportunity?

WorkRamp is looking for a talented product designer with a strong background in user experience and visual design to join our design team. We are building brand-new (0-->1) products while continuously improving existing solutions used by millions of enterprise users. We operate with a startup mindset, which means moving quickly through intuition, while also keeping a high design bar for customers.


🔧 What will I be doing?

You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and influence all aspects of design at WorkRamp. You will be working on both our core LMS product and new 0 to 1 AI features on our roadmap.  Key responsibilities will include: 


- Collaborating with the Founders directly to help build and ship products quickly

- Working with PMs and Engineering on the day-to-day execution of our broad product suite

- Owning and maintaining the design system to enable rapid development

- Collaborating with the marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure product & brand design consistency

- Help manage design agencies we work with on both product and marketing


🙌 What skills do I need?

- 5+ years of experience in product design

- 3+ experience in B2B SaaS

- Previous startup experience

- Expertise in Figma

- Strong understanding of new AI UX patterns

- Ability to collaborate well with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to disagree and commit

- High sense of urgency, organization, and a bias toward action
