What you'll do
- Demonstrate talent and passion for designing end-to-end experiences.
- Distill complex, technical problems into approachable products and features using ideation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Creation of low and high fidelity user interface designs and prototypes using Figma.
- Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to work through technical tradeoffs that affect product roadmaps.
- Partner with other designers to collaborate on shared patterns, product vision, and design goals.
- Collaborate across multiple product areas to make the user experience clearer and easier.
- Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture.
- Make time to mentor other designers on the team and share your craft, learning as you teach.
- 8+ years working in professional UX / product design roles.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility principles and best practices (WCAG, etc.).
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with experimentation, moving quickly, and releasing product regularly
- Experience designing for growth, including acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven design decision-making
- Technical expertise and an understanding of network services/developer tools are a plus.
- Using generative AI design and coding tools to accelerate the design process is a plus.

Compensation

- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $165,000 - $201,000
- For New York-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $187,000 - $229,000
- For San Francisco-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $197,000 - $241,000
