The Role
We’re seeking a senior-level Digital Product Designer (Visual Focus) to create high-quality, scalable interfaces for modern web applications. This is a design-first role for someone with strong visual instincts, a systems mindset, and a focus on polished execution across UI, design systems, and production-ready outputs.
This position is remote.  Work EST hours from your home office located anywhere in the U.S. except CA, CO, WA and OR.
What You’ll Do
  • Design high-quality interfaces across web applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes on high-impact, cross-industry projects
  • Translate business needs into intuitive, visually strong user experiences 
  • Build and maintain design systems in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokens 
  • Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate design workflows 
  • Produce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementation 
  • Lead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audience
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in UI, product, or visual design 
  • Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems 
  • Proven visual design ability across wireframes, mockups, and prototypes 
  • Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept exploration 
  • Strong communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearly 
  • Understanding of design systems, design tokens, and front-end collaboration 
  • Preferred skills include exposure to design tokenization, component handoff to development, and AI-related certifications in design or UX
