Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of the Knowledge Management platform roadmap, with a strong emphasis on AI and ML capabilities, including using Large Language Models (LLMs) for Question Answering
- Oversee data collation, requirement gathering, and coordination between multiple parties for roadmap/project updates, ensuring alignment with AI and ML initiatives
- Collaborate with key LOB points of contact to understand knowledge requirements and provide actionable feedback, leveraging AI and ML insights
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis for initiative prioritization and ROI optimization, particularly for AI and ML projects
- Facilitate and drive solutions across the organization, working with legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to prioritize and deliver AI and ML-driven innovations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits, and developing roadmaps
- Extensive exposure to Knowledge Management systems and Machine Learning products and technologies
- Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward, particularly in AI and ML contexts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working in agile and scrum teams, is a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent level of education and experience is preferred
- Self-starter, works well independently and as a team player
