Senior Product Claims Analyst HRIS role is the daily review, through reports, customer calls, email notifications, and unexpected issues that can arise, that the information in our Catalyst Claims Platform has broadcast correctly through the API and this information is correct in the employer's Workday system for customers that are using the HRIS model.

The expected salary range for this position is $46,300 - $78,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Daily/Weekly calls with customers.
- Team member discussions for plans for the week and catch up on outstanding issues.
- Daily/weekly reporting- Some of the reports you must review the information in both the Catalyst platform and the Employers workday system for issues that have arisen while some reports have to be manipulated to provide us the appropriate information, we need to review such as doing pivots or VLOOKUP's.
- Involvement of implementation of new customers using HRIS.
- Prioritization of daily emails.
- Training of newly onboarded Senior Product Claims Analysts/HRIS.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 1+ years of Disability Claims Experience.
- Understands value in building rapport and develops positive working relationships.
- Motivated by their interactions with others.
- Quickly grasps information and efficiently solves challenges with strategic thinking
- Communicates complex verbal and written concepts with ease.
- Pays close attention to details, and accounts for details that may be overlooked.
- Microsoft Excel- Knowledge of V-Lookups.

- Proficient with Microsoft office software.
- Ability to work independently.
- An understanding of disability contractual provisions.
