The Senior Procurement Manager will lead the Purchasing agenda, drive strategic sourcing and supplier management, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team.

Based in Houston, this role leads the Purchasing agenda for Haldren in United States. The position sets priorities, builds governance, and ensures predictable delivery across teams and partners. Success depends on strong stakeholder management, clear metrics, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.
Requirements
• Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
