As a Senior Principal Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Compliance and Finance functions, blending deep technical and functional expertise with strategic stakeholder collaboration. You will oversee architecture across systems and vendors, ensuring alignment with regulatory needs, business goals, and enterprise standards. You will also champion innovation, team development, and long-term roadmap planning to drive operational excellence and transformation.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a lead delivery architect for Corporate Function application initiatives, providing both functional and technical expertise across the software delivery lifecycle, within the  Compliance and Finance domain.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable, efficient, and compliant technology solutions.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions within corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide architectural leadership across multiple platforms, third-party compliance tools, and financial systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, applying strong project management skills to drive successful delivery of initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and business leadership to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for Compliance and Finance applications.

What You Need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in corporate function applications, particularly in Compliance and Finance domains.
  • Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, Program Management and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external implementation partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering business value.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience with compliance and risk management platforms.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience in Agile project management or agile methodology.

$129,600.00 - $286,500.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
