As a Senior Principal Program Manager on the Circle Payments Network team, you will drive the operating rhythm across Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. You will own end-to-end accountability and progress tracking across the full payments stack, including oversight of the CPN Marketplace. With a business-owner mindset, you will lead delivery execution, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams while maintaining clear, executive-level communications. You will partner closely with Product leadership to ensure milestones are achieved with precision and impact.

What you'll work on
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, BD, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to support the expansion of Circle's payments pillars.
- Lead end-to-end delivery for complex initiatives spanning CPN Marketplace, Modular Stack, PSP tools, payouts, and crypto-based merchant payments.
- Establish and operationalize governance frameworks, cadences, and program rhythms to align execution across stakeholders.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring milestones are tracked, risks are mitigated, and progress is clearly communicated.
- Accelerate time-to-market for new use cases and products by unblocking dependencies and enabling efficient cross-team collaboration.
- Serve as the central execution partner for CPN Marketplace while closely collaborating with product and engineering leads across pillars.
- Report on program health, tradeoffs, and delivery outcomes to senior leadership with clarity, accountability, and precision.
What you'll bring to Circle
- 10+ years of experience in program or technical program management roles in high-growth technology companies.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with business-critical impact.
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, fintech, or financial services ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including executive reporting.
- Demonstrated experience driving operational rigor and accountability across diverse functions.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a product-led or platform-oriented environment supporting developer-facing tools.
- Familiarity with blockchain-based payments, crypto infrastructure, or digital assets.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in financial or payment products.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling programs in fast-evolving domains.
