Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for providing and coordinating support to leadership on strategic business initiatives including planning, prioritization, and project execution.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It

• Provides logistical support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business. Participates in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
• Provides overall direction and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives.
• Manages and interprets data on business performance. Monitors and optimizes business performance.
• Manages budget and expense planning.

Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related
• 6+ years Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related
• In Lieu of Education Experience 8+ years Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related

Preferred Requirements

• Masters Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related
• 8+ years Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related
• Consulting and/or integration background

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
