In this role, you will combine rigorous economic modeling with strategic thinking to optimize revenue, improve unit economics, and drive pricing decisions across the business. This is a hands-on role: you will own the analysis, modeling, and experimentation while also advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable building elasticity models as they are influencing product, finance, and GTM strategy — ideally with experience in high-velocity digital environments like gaming, online advertising, or marketplaces.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain economic models to analyze price sensitivity, demand elasticity, and customer segmentation.
- Design and conduct pricing experiments, A/B tests, and scenario analyses to evaluate revenue and margin impact.
- Translate complex economic insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders, influencing pricing, promotions, and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and data science teams to align pricing with customer behavior, market trends, and company goals.
- Monitor performance of pricing strategies and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes over time.
- Lead competitive and market analysis to understand pricing benchmarks and inform positioning.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, economics, revenue strategy, or a related analytical role, including senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in econometrics, statistics, and data tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel); proven ability to independently conduct complex analyses.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with experience influencing product and revenue decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in the gaming, online advertising, and/or marketplace industries, with understanding of their unique pricing dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge and experience with online/multi-player/social games or play to earn spaces - advantage.
