We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO professional to support and drive strategic transformation initiatives within a banking environment. The role will focus on governance, portfolio oversight, reporting, financial tracking, and delivery support across complex business and technology programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage PMO activities across large-scale transformation initiatives in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead governance and delivery across multiple banking programs and projects.
- Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and portfolio updates.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Oversee large transformation portfolios including regulatory, digital, operational.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
- Coordinate steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting, and controls.
- Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
- Min.10+ years of PMO, program management, or transformation leadership experience.
- Strong experience within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale transformation portfolios.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/MSP) preferred.
