We are looking for a Senior Planner to join our growing Demand & Supply Planning team. This role will focus on forecasting and supporting inventory planning WHOOP hardware across sales channels and product lines. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the development of scalable planning processes and tools.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support demand and supply planning across multiple channels and timeframes to maintain healthy inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess.
- Assist in maintaining and improving planning systems and tools, including MRP software and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Analytics to align planning inputs and resolve supply-demand imbalances.
- Prepare materials and data to support S&OP discussions and planning reviews.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales trends, inventory levels, and supply performance to inform purchasing and production decisions.
- Participate in scenario planning efforts to evaluate business trade-offs and recommend adjustments.
- Help identify risks and opportunities related to demand shifts, inventory coverage, and operational constraints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with MRP systems or other planning tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Curious, data-driven, and process-minded, with a focus on continuous improvement.
