Backed by strong growth and recent financing, we're entering our next chapter of growth as we expand Daisy's AI-powered operating model nationwide.
Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to scale paid acquisition and improve the journey from first click to signed customer.
Your defining strength is a scientific approach to growth: form a hypothesis, design a test, measure the result, and use the evidence to decide what comes next. You establish baselines, make changes you can learn from, and connect insights across experiments. You care as much about understanding why something worked as you do about the result itself.
You pair that rigor with creativity and initiative. You can follow the numbers to an opportunity, develop a compelling idea, and bring it to life without waiting for a detailed brief. AI and automation are already part of how you work, not something you’re planning to explore.
This is an opportunity to build the systems, insights, and acquisition strategies that support Daisy’s national expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Own paid acquisition. Manage Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads end to end, including strategy, execution, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization. Scale investment based on customer acquisition results, not just platform-reported performance.
- Build a disciplined experimentation program. Prioritize tests across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, and landing pages. Define hypotheses, baselines, success metrics, and guardrails before launch. Document what you learn, including failed or inconclusive tests, and use it to guide the next iteration.
- Turn insights into creative solutions. Develop new campaign concepts and acquisition ideas grounded in customer understanding and performance data. Identify patterns across campaigns and markets, then test whether those insights translate before rolling changes out broadly.
- Connect marketing to business outcomes. Work with sales to understand lead quality, qualified pipeline, and which campaigns produce customers. Use acquisition cost, conversion rates, and payback to guide decisions, not clicks or lead volume alone.
- Make HubSpot a reliable foundation for growth. Build and optimize segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, routing, lifecycle reporting, and attribution. Maintain reliable conversion tracking and identify opportunities to improve follow-up and funnel performance.
- Use AI and automation to increase speed and scale. Build repeatable workflows to analyze large datasets, surface opportunities, automate reporting, and reduce manual work. Validate outputs and put appropriate checks around automated changes to campaigns and budgets.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing large paid media budgets, with a track record of scaling acquisition and improving measurable business results.
- Deep expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads, plus high proficiency in HubSpot. You’re comfortable doing the work yourself, not just overseeing an agency or reviewing reports.
- Strong experimental and statistical judgment. You have substantial creative A/B testing experience and understand sample size, uncertainty, conversion lag, and the difference between correlation and causation. You know when evidence supports a change and when a result needs more investigation.
- Demonstrated, practical AI fluency. You already use agents and AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Codex, or comparable systems to analyze data, automate work, or build useful workflows. You’ve moved beyond occasional prompting to making AI a meaningful part of how you execute, with sound judgment about validating its outputs.
- Technical resourcefulness. You’re comfortable working with complex datasets, troubleshooting workflows, and learning unfamiliar tools quickly. You don’t need to be a software engineer or an expert coder, but you should be comfortable using technical tools to solve marketing problems.
- Ownership, ambition, and intellectual curiosity. You identify opportunities rather than wait for assignments, turn analysis into action, and take responsibility for outcomes. You’re motivated by ambitious goals and willing to challenge your own assumptions when the evidence points elsewhere.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO, Reddit Ads, or other acquisition channels beyond Meta and Google.
- Deeper experience with automation, APIs, SQL, scripting, or AI-enabled data analysis.
- A strong eye for creative, copy, or design, including familiarity with design tools.
Compensation:
The salary offered for this role will depend on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package and equity.
