THE OPPORTUNITY

Cyera is building the People operating system needed to support hyper-growth at scale - and this role is central to that mission.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations & Programs who is both a builder and an enabler: someone who brings structure to complexity, designs scalable processes from the ground up, and ensures People strategy turns into clear, executable, and data-driven operations across the company.

This role sits at the intersection of process, systems, policy, and execution. You will own how People operations actually run globally - building discipline, reducing manual work, enabling automation, and laying the groundwork for AI-enabled People Operations as we scale.

Success in this role means that as Cyera grows fast, our People operations grow cleanly, consistently, and intelligently - without slowing the business down.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Global HR Operations & Process Alignment

  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end Global people operational processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Translate People strategy and policies into clear, practical workflows that teams can actually execute
  • Drive global consistency while thoughtfully accommodating local regulatory and operational requirements
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies - and proactively fix them before they become blockers to scale
  • Establish a single operational language across HR, Finance, IT, and Legal

Project Management & Operational Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional People projects from planning through execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of People initiatives and operational changes
  • Establish governance, documentation, and communication rhythms for People projects

Policy Operationalization & Compliance

  • Operationalize People policies through clear workflows, approvals, and controls
  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, HRBPs, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant execution
  • Build structured approaches to exceptions, waivers, and edge cases
  • Ensure audit-readiness through strong documentation, controls, and process discipline
  • Balance speed and compliance in a fast-moving environment

Automation & Scalable Operations

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation and workflow design
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to implement scalable operational solutions
  • Design processes that are data-clean, logic-driven, and measurable
  • Establish operational foundations that enable advanced analytics and future AI use cases
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across People operations

Change Management & Enablement

  • Lead adoption of new processes, programs, and tools across the organization
  • Create playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials for HR, managers, and employees
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to HRBPs, Talent, Finance, and People leadership
  • Drive clarity, not confusion — especially during periods of rapid change

What Success Looks Like

  • People processes are clear, documented, and consistently executed globally
  • Policies are translated into practical, easy-to-follow operational workflows
  • People initiatives are delivered on time and with strong cross-functional alignment
  • Manual work is reduced through automation and process simplification
  • Cyera is operationally prepared to scale efficiently and compliantly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in Global HR Operations / People Operations high-growth environment
  • Strong project management experience, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to operationalize policies and drive process clarity
  • Experience designing or implementing automated workflows
  • Solid understanding of global employment operations and compliance fundamentals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting People transformations or scaling operations in fast-growing companies
  • Familiarity with automation tools, workflow design, or operational platforms
  • Change management or operational excellence background

Who You Are

  • A builder who thrives in ambiguity and creates structure from scratch
  • Knows and is comfortable operating within different cultural norms and communication styles
  • Highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Strong project leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Pragmatic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Curious about automation, analytics, and the future of AI-enabled People Operations
