Job Summary:

Your scope will span onboarding, manager development, leadership development, engagement, retention strategies, and learning tools and platforms. You’ll measure impact, use feedback and data to iterate, and make sure our programs grow with the business.

Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding facilitator of change and learning, supporting a growth mindset culture at Drata while tying the work we do back to our culture and values.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the company-wide knowledge-based New Hire Onboarding program

  • Lead the virtual delivery of a vast array of training(s) and program(s) for new and existing employees for all levels of the organization (Performance Management Trainings, Team

  • Building Workshops, New Hire Onboarding program, New Leader Bootcamp training, etc.)
    Manage the engagement and pulse survey programs to identify employee gaps and build supporting programs.

  • Develop new ideas and strategies for more effective and efficient internal training processes, tools, and techniques - an “automation first” mind-set!

  • Identify internal knowledge or skill gaps and recommend/develop training solutions that will support the development of our internal teams

  • Manage the bi-annual Performance Management Review Program, including project timelines, internal communications, system set-up, post-PM reporting, etc.

  • Own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, from vision and program design to execution and scaling.

  • Build and deliver programs that develop strong, effective managers.

  • Manage platforms that enable scalable, self-service learning.

  • Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate to maximize impact and retention.
    Collaborate with People Partners and Business Leaders to align initiatives with business priorities.

What you'll bring:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, coaching, and customer service skills

  • Thoughtful and proactive communication skills

  • Creative ideas to engage adult learners

  • A passion for DEI and ability to champion the efforts throughout a global organization

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Enablement, or related fields, with at least 4-5 years in Learning & Development or a related field (teaching, curriculum design, etc.)

  • Experience in tech, fast-growing environment is preferred

  • Experience with owning projects or programs fully, from idea to build to launch

  • Proven track record working cross-functionally on larger all-org initiatives

  • Proven track record in designing and scaling onboarding, manager, and leadership development programs in high-growth environments.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people development initiatives to company performance and culture.

  • Skilled in leveraging learning platforms and tools to create engaging, scalable learning experiences.

  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, with experience influencing and partnering across all levels of an organization.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for this role is: $152,250 - $233,450, subject to change.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. This range may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
