Job Summary
The Sr. Payroll Analyst, International has an important role in Imprivata's Human Resources Department. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness with a focus on meeting deadlines. This role has a great deal of interaction with a diverse group of internal clients at all levels of the organization in a fast paced and growing organization. This position is responsible for all elements of the international payroll processing, including taxes, benefit deductions, and year-end processes. Taking initiative and ask questions when needed as well as a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required.

Taking initiative and ask questions when needed as well as a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process the end-to-end international payrolls, including validation, processing, and submission of payroll data, using Vistra OsC.
- Responsible for any necessary tasks, reporting, and/or processes related to quarter-end and year-end.
- Resolves complex payroll processing and employee issues and ensure records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
- Assist with providing payroll-related information, audit requests and standard and ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Cross train and back-up on processing U.S. payrolls with ADP Workforce Now.
- Serve as a key contact for international payroll inquiries or concerns and provide guidance and clarification as necessary to employees.
- Present payroll information during employee new hire orientation.
- Recommend improvements to payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience in a professional environment.
- 3+ years of experience of international payroll preparation.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required; ADP Celergo or Vistra OsC experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of international payroll tax laws
- Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, and have good organization skills.
- Keen focuses on accuracy, timeliness, reactiveness and have a customer service approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
