About This Role:

As Senior Partnerships Manager, Benelux, you will be joining as a core member of Airwallex’s Commercial team in EMEA and the first partnerships manager on the ground in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships across our core verticals of e-commerce and SaaS in the Benelux and Nordic markets.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, creative, and highly-driven Partnerships Manager. Ideally, you have worked in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

We operate in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week working in our office in Amsterdam.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • You will lead, own, and develop a partnership strategy that aligns with our overall GTM in Benelux and Nordic

  • You will be accountable for identifying growth opportunities, testing new verticals, and building a high-quality portfolio of partners from scratch

  • You will design a scalable programme to consistently deliver growth in the partnerships channel

  • You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Strategy teams to position Airwallex’s value proposition to partners and their clients in Benelux and Nordics

  • You will represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, as well as speak on relevant panels and webinars 


What You Bring...

  • Demonstrable interest in fintech, SaaS, and/or payments

  • Strong commercial instincts and a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently

  • 6+ years of work experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, or a similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients

  • Please note that Dutch is required for this role at a professional level
