- Experience working as a benefits broker or managing benefits brokers - required
- 5+ years of experience building and managing broker relationships, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, or related industries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful broker partner programs.
- Experience managing broker leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead submission to deal closure, with ownership of a revenue target.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with broker partners and influence key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of broker partnerships effectively.
- Experience in HR technology or adjacent fields is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
