About the Role:

As a Senior Partnerships Coordinator at PrizePicks, you’ll support the Director of Partnerships in identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with emerging creators, micro-influencers, and niche sports-driven communities. You’ll stay deeply tapped into sports culture and social trends to source high-potential partners, manage inbound interest, and help bring creators into our affiliate program through smart, thoughtful deal-making. You’ll also track partnership performance, organize insights for internal teams, and play a key role in expanding PrizePicks’ visibility and growth across the creator ecosystem.

What you’ll do:
  • Identify emerging creators, micro-influencers, and niche community brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and podcasts with an eye on sports and fantasy culture 
  • Contact identified partners and manage inbound interest from creators and their representatives. 
  • Negotiate deal terms with potential partners to bring them into the PrizePicks affiliate program. 
  • Track performance of partnerships through key metrics and organize data into clear recaps for internal review.
  • Stay tapped in to the daily rhythm of the sports world; anticipating who’s trending, what’s going viral, and how that might translate into future partner opportunities
What you have:
  • BA degree
  • 1-3y experience at a marketing agency, in-house digital product or creator/sports management.
  • Fluency with spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Fluency with basic enterprise software tools (Slack, Tableau, etc.)
  • Passion for closing good deals that benefit creators and PrizePicks business. 
  • Passion for sports, sports culture and social trends
Where you’ll live:

While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote

Working at PrizePicks:

The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges. The compensation info you see on our job postings gives you an idea of the starting pay range for the position. Your actual pay within that range will depend on your specific work location, as well as your skills, experience, and education. Your 

recruiter will be happy to chat more about the specific pay range for your location and how we arrived at it during the hiring process.
