📐 About this role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented senior partner operations manager to join our GTM operations team. In this role, you will lead critical operational workstreams that support partner programs, sales operations, and partner compensation—driving scalable, compliant, and high-performing growth across our global partner ecosystem.

You’ll work cross-functionally with senior leaders across sales, customer success, finance, product, and support to design and implement operational processes that support our channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, service providers, and cloud service providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for creating clarity, consistency, and efficiency in how we support partners at scale.
🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, standardized processes for supporting our various partner types (GSIs, CSPs, and resellers).

  • Create playbooks, documentation, and training materials to ensure operational consistency and readiness across our tooling and sales process.

  • Lead operational planning for new partner program launches in coordination with systems, partner enablement, and field teams.

  • Lead the operations, support, and troubleshooting for partner platforms and tooling (PRM, account mapping, outreach tools)

  • Ensure partner data accuracy and integrity across systems (e.g., CRM, PRM, ERP) through regular audits and governance processes.

  • Define and track process KPIs and leading indicators to deliver actionable insights.

  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor business health, highlight key insights, and guide strategic decisions.

  • Partner with enablement to ensure effective field adoption of new processes and tools.

⭐ Is this you?

  • 8+ years in partner operations, channel operations, or related business operations roles—ideally in a high-growth tech environment.

  • Experience working with various systems and partner platforms such as Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Allbound, or similar.

  • Strong track record of identifying operational gaps, designing scalable solutions, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven success managing partner incentive programs, compensation frameworks, and operational policy implementation across complex partner ecosystems.

  • Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and audit requirements related to partner compensation and incentives.

  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communicator and collaborator who can influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and a drive to continuously improve.

  • Possesses humility — no work is too trivial if it’s impactful

  • Resilient and open to honest (and kind) feedback; tough skin

  • Self-aware and committed to learning the why for both successes and failures

  • Proactive communication skills, both sync and async

  • Experience managing and building relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder levels

  • A natural affinity to our values of connect, challenge, own

  • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri

  • Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
