We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Security) to lead and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships with leading security-focused channel partners in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Datadog’s relationships, increase awareness of Datadog’s security offerings, and generate revenue. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, this role requires extensive experience in creating new marketing strategies, a deep understanding of the security partner ecosystem, and the ability to execute security-focused initiatives both to and with partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and cultivate marketing relationships with top cloud security-focused Channel and Cloud partners.
  • Design and implement a security partner marketing strategy that includes partner-led and joint in-person and virtual marketing programs, focusing on outcomes that drive pipeline generation and new customer acquisition. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner enablement initiatives and create enablement resources to ensure partners are equipped to effectively market Datadog’s security solutions. 
  • Host regular GTM reviews with key partners, driving accountability and measuring success against agreed-upon KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 6-8+ years of marketing experience, 8+ years of marketing experience in the cyber security and/or cloud security SaaS industry
  • Strong experience with using partner marketing as a vehicle for new pipeline generation
  • Ability to think strategically and understand how partner marketing can best fit into the broader security strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
  • Desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere
  • Can travel 25%+

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.

$120,000$159,000 USD
