Job Title:  Senior Paid Social Specialist 
Reports To: Integrated Marketing Specialist, TBD 
Job Summary: The  Senior Paid Social Specialist will own and elevate Community Boost’s paid social practice across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok for a portfolio of mission‑driven nonprofit clients. This leader blends deep platform expertise with strategic vision, operational excellence, and people leadership. You will set the standard for campaign quality, guide cross‑channel strategy, and ensure our paid social work drives meaningful, measurable impact for nonprofits.
In this role, you’ll oversee campaign architecture, performance frameworks, creative best practices, and team development. You’ll partner closely with account managers, strategists, and nonprofit leaders to translate organizational goals into high‑performing paid media strategies. You’ll also serve as the agency’s internal expert on platform innovation, compliance, and emerging trends—ensuring our practice stays ahead of the curve.
 
Essential Job Functions
      Oversee and elevate the paid social practice across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring excellence in campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and creative testing. Provide final approval and strategic direction on campaign architecture, budgets, creative testing plans, and optimization approaches developed by Digital Specialists.
      Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, reviewing and refining insights before delivery to internal teams or clients, ensuring clear storytelling and strategic framing tied to mission impact.
      Analyze cross‑platform performance trends using platform dashboards and Google Analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and testing.
      Serve as the escalation point for complex campaign issues, platform challenges, or client questions, ensuring timely and strategic resolution.
      Partner with account managers and nonprofit clients to align paid social strategies with organizational goals, fundraising objectives, and audience engagement priorities.
      Own and refine internal processes, playbooks, QA workflows, and documentation to scale the paid social practice efficiently and consistently.
      Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, compliance requirements, and nonprofit advertising best practices, proactively sharing insights and training the team on emerging trends.
      Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development for the paid social function, including interviewing candidates and shaping role expectations.
       Provide day‑to‑day people leadership, including guiding career development, hosting regular 1:1s, approving PTO, overtime, and expenses, and offering ongoing coaching and mentorship to support team growth and performance.

Work Environment: 
      This is a fully remote role; work is performed in a home office setting.
      Regular virtual interaction with employees, leadership, and external vendors.
      May occasionally require flexible scheduling to accommodate time zone differences. 
Minimum Qualifications: 
       8+years of digital marketing experience, including agency or in-house work, with a strong track record of executing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
      Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and platform fluency.
      Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets with precision, strategic insight, and clear communication.
      Meta Blueprint Certification and/or LinkedIn Marketing Certification strongly preferred.
      Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics is a strong plus.
      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
