The Senior Paid Acquisition Analyst plans and implements advertising campaigns, optimizes paid social and search campaigns, and measures performance metrics.
As a Senior Paid Acquisition Analyst, you're responsible for the planning and implementation of advertising campaigns that drive global demand throughout each stage of the funnel. You’ll be in constant sync with the Acquisition Marketing team to ensure that domestic and international media advertising campaigns are running in alignment with SEM, social, display, SEO, and other paid acquisition programs.
The Sr. Paid Acquisition Analyst will use a blend of analytical and platform skills to ensure advertising efforts are implemented across channels and consistently optimized to incrementally improve performance!
What you'll do:
- Independently manage, optimize and execute paid social media campaigns across Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
- Execute paid social media campaigns across Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
- Execute SEM campaigns across Google and Bing.
- Measure ongoing paid media campaigns and make incremental adjustments to optimize performance metrics—impressions, clicks, quality scores, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS
- Day-to-day platform management, communication, and account reviews across multiple platforms.
- Monitor spending to ensure alignment with the advertising budget
- Perform weekly optimization of budget management, bid management, tracking, creative management and analytics.
- Work with acquisition marketing strategy and leadership to ensure paid social and paid search tactics are aligned with acquisition strategy.
- Stay on top of ad tech advancements, best practices, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage and maximize reach and effectiveness
- Proactively communicate with peers and leadership on plans, progress, and problems.
- Conduct research and assess market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ideate and implement frequent tests to maximize investment and drive key insights that optimize the buyer journey and experience.
- Partner with acquisition marketing peers to analyze paid acquisition metrics across all performance media and paid social channels.
What you should have:
- 4-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a strong knowledge of paid social media and paid search engine marketing.
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with a strong knowledge of paid social media and paid search engine marketing.
- Strong understanding of the online advertising space, including paid search, programmatic media buying, and ad-serving systems
- Previous hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Twitter, and Linkedin
- Familiarity with core digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Solutions, GoogleAds, Microsoft Ads, and Reddit Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in reporting and data analysis
- Comfortable working with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics and Looker
