About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Network Architect to lead network architecture strategy and design for a rapidly scaling global AI infrastructure company. This is a high-impact role requiring CCIE-class expertise and deep experience in telecom, global infrastructure, and scaled data center design & deployment.

The ideal candidate will have large-scale BGP fabric expertise, multi-carrier BGP peering, data center interconnect (DCI), cloud networking, and network automation skills. You will partner with global network engineers, data center architecture & deployment teams, DC technicians, DevOps resources, and customers to deliver first-in-class networks for AI workloads at global scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture and design for global-scale AI/HPC networks.

  • Design and optimize carrier interconnects, dark fiber deployments, and edge network architectures.

  • Develop and implement high-performance DC fabrics and AI/HPC network fabrics.

  • Define multi-carrier BGP peering strategies and scalable routing policies.


Execution & Deployment:

  • Oversee complex global deployment planning, tasking, and execution for network projects.

  • Collaborate with DC deployment teams to ensure designs are implemented to standard.

  • Engage in troubleshooting and optimization for large-scale network events.


Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with internal teams and customers to design complex, scalable network solutions.

  • Drive vendor engagement, evaluation, and integration strategies.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and direction to the global network engineering team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • CCIE-class technical expertise in routing, switching, and large-scale network architecture.

  • Extensive experience in telecom, global infrastructure, and scaled data center networking.

  • Proven track record in large-scale BGP fabric design and multi-carrier BGP peering.

  • Experience with Data Center Interconnect (DCI), edge network design, and cloud networking.

  • Strong background in automation and orchestration for network deployments and operations.

  • Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, rapid-scale environments.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with AI/HPC workloads and associated DC networking requirements.

  • Background in Telco, Hyperscaler, Cloud, or large-scale SaaS network environments.

  • Experience in vendor management and network hardware evaluation.
